Imagine: young people are given the symbolic keys to the city for one night. What unfolds? The multi-venue festival CLUSTER brings this idea to life. Young organizers (16–30) in Ghent and Hasselt take ownership of the night. With one ticket per city, visitors gain all-night access to a cluster of venues, disciplines, and genres.
